Full Color Printing for Vinyl Banners produces high-impact results that
are perfect for trade shows, events, and promotional displays. Kaieos
vinyl banners are printed on high quality matte or glossy white flexible
13 oz. vinyl with 3M Solvent based UV inks. We can also print on canvas,
back drop cloth, and pressure sensitive adhesive (Wrap).
File
types we accept are EPS, PDF, PS, PSD, TIF, and JPG. (More

Adjust
your document to the correct scale: 1 inch = 1 foot.
For example, to print a 3 ft x 8 ft banner, the printable area should
be set up as 3” X 8” with a bleed dimension of 3.25”
X 8.25” (.125” on each side).
Do
not place important elements such text, borders, or logos too close to the trim line. They may get trimmed
off or sewn through! To be safe, do not place anything important any
design element closer to the edge than .125”. Pole
pockets require a larger safety area on the edges that have
pockets. Please put all text and design elements at least .33"
inside of the cut line or they may be sewn through. The
required resolution for printing vinyl banners depends on
how far away people are going to view them from. 5
feet away or less should be submitted at 1200 dpi 5 feet away
or greater should be submitted at 900 dpi 10 feet away
or greater should be submitted at 600 dpi 50 feet away
or greater should be submitted at 300 dpi For example, a 10' x 20' banner
viewed from 10 feet away must be printed as a file 10" x 20"
at 600 DPI or a total of 6,000 x 12,000 pixels.
The same vinyl banner intended to be viewed from 5 feet away should
be printed at 1200 dpi or a total of 12,000 x 24,000 pixels for a
10" x 20" file.

You Will Need: paper towels (to dry surface) squirt bottle (filled w/ 80% water and
20% dish soap) squeegee/credit card (to remove air
bubbles) a scraper (to remove dirt/dust from
surface)
Wash area where you are going to stick the sign
Peel off the backing of the sign
Wet sticky side of sign (this prevents sign from sticking until
step 6)
Hang sign in desired location (you will be able to move it around)
Smooth sign (check everything is level and straight)
Squeegee sign from center outwards (removes excess water &
makes sign stick)
Set the sign for about 24 - 48 hours as adhesive cures.
Vehicle Decals / PSA (dry mount)
You Will Need: Two people Squeegee/credit card Pin (needed to poke holes in air pockets)
Wash vehicle surface thoroughly
First person holds sign and second person peels off a small
portion of the backing (leaving only a small part of the adhesive
exposed)
Second person sticks a small piece of the sign to the vehicle
surface surface WHILE the first person pulls at the vinyl creating
tension.
Second person squeegees vinyl as each portion is stuck to the
surface.
Do not leave any pockets of air in contours of vehicle. If you
have to poke holes in the air pockets and smooth vinyl on surface.
IMPORTANT: The sign will stick extremely fast to the first
smooth surface it touches. Beginners should use wet mount
